Since 1990, as Sawa Electronic, we have been active in the plastics industry, and for more than 15 years we have specialized in repairing, modernizing and restoring the proper performance of screws and barrels operating in equipment used in the broadly understood plastics and rubber processing as well as food industries. In addition to skill and expertise, we have the right machinery to professionally service screws and barrels as long as 8 m and 900 mm in diameter. As the only company in Poland, we have at our disposal numerically controlled innovative plasma equipment for automated hardfacing screw flights and roots, as well as building and rebuilding flights.

In addition, Sawa Electronic manufactures extruders in the screw diameter range from Ø45 to Ø100, dedicated to film blowing, among other applications. We repair and service old extrusion equipment, adapting it e.g. to modern controls or modern peripherals. We supply new plasticizing system components made based on customer documentation or developed by our engineers. Our team also provides extensive technical and economic consulting in the field of plastic processing, including upgrades – changes in screw geometry, additional barriers, mixers, etc.
